Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set out the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, liabilities, and other necessary matters governing the use of the pressor.ai service operated by MOFT AI Inc. (the “Company”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Service” means the AI-based PR intelligence platform provided by the Company through the pressor.ai domain.
2. “User” means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
3. “Member” means a user who registers for an account and is granted access credentials.
4. “Content” means all text, data, reports, and other information created, collected, or analyzed through the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and will provide at least seven (7) days’ prior notice through the Service.
3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may discontinue use of the Service and terminate the account.

Article 4 (Service Scope)

The Company provides the following functions through the Service:

1. AI-assisted press release drafting and editing
2. Journalist profiling and media matching
3. Personalized pitch message generation
4. News crawling and competitor PR monitoring
5. PR performance analytics such as AVE and SOV
6. Other functions additionally developed and released by the Company

Article 5 (Registration and Accounts)

1. A user applies for membership by following the registration flow and agreeing to these Terms.
2. Members must keep their account information accurate and are responsible for account security.
3. The Company may restrict or suspend registration or use to prevent abuse or unauthorized use.

Article 6 (Fees and Plans)

1. The Service operates under Starter, Growth, Agency Pro, and separately contracted Enterprise plans. As of March 14, 2026, the public prices are Starter at $99/month or $999/year, Growth at $299/month or $2,990/year, and Agency Pro at $899/month. Enterprise is custom quote only. Agency Pro annual contracts may be handled separately through sales or an order form.
2. Starter and Growth activate automatically after monthly or annual payment. Agency Pro may activate through monthly self-serve checkout or a separate sales-assisted process. Enterprise activates through a separate quotation and contract flow.
3. Usage limits including workspace count, seat count, sending accounts, connected mailboxes, email volume, crawl volume, and share volume are disclosed in-product or in an order form. Overages may be restricted by a hard cap instead of metered billing.
4. Enterprise plans may operate under customized pricing, limits, security terms, and operational conditions defined in a separate order form or contract.
5. Except where required by law or agreed in writing, fees for a service period already in progress are not prorated for refund.
6. Free trials or pre-registration offers are available only when separately announced by the Company and do not automatically convert to paid use unless expressly stated.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following:

1. Using another person’s identity or registering false information
2. Creating or distributing unlawful or inappropriate content through the Service
3. Interfering with stable operation of the Service, including abnormal high-volume requests
4. Providing journalist information collected through the Service to third parties without authorization
5. Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting the Service or related systems without authorization

Article 8 (Rights in Content)

1. Copyright in press releases, pitch messages, and similar outputs created by the user through the Service remains with the user.
2. The Company may analyze user content in anonymized form for service improvement.
3. Copyright in third-party materials such as crawled news articles remains with the original rightsholders.

Article 9 (Disclaimer for AI-Generated Content)

1. AI-generated content, including press releases, pitch drafts, and analysis, is provided as reference material and must be reviewed and edited by the user before external use.
2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated outputs and is not responsible for losses arising from them.
3. Users must verify facts before externally sending or publishing AI-generated outputs.

Article 10 (Modification or Suspension of Service)

1. The Company may modify or suspend the Service and will provide advance notice for material changes where reasonably practicable.
2. The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, infrastructure failure, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

Article 11 (Termination and Account Closure)

1. Members may request account closure at any time through in-product settings or by emailing admin@moftai.com.
2. Upon cancellation of a paid plan or termination of an organization contract, the Company may maintain access through the end of the applicable term or terminate access immediately as provided in a separate contract.
3. Members or organization administrators may export account or organization data through the export features provided by the Service.
4. After account closure or organization termination, data is deleted in accordance with the Company’s retention and deletion policy, except where retention is required by law, contract, dispute response, or security investigation.

Article 12 (Damages and Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is not liable for damages arising from use of free features.
2. For paid features, the Company is liable only for damages caused by its willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. The Company’s total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the month preceding the claim.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Disputes)

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. The Jeju District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Service.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect on March 14, 2026.
